Paralegal – Personal Injury

We currently have an opening for a Paralegal to join our clients team, supporting the personal injury department. Your role will involve assisting clients and contributing to the efficient operation of their legal services

Our client, a premier law firm in the South of England, specialises in a broad spectrum of legal services, from handling private client affairs such as wills and probate to real estate and business services.

Responsibilities

• The successful applicant will have experience in assisting with the running of higher value multi-track cases through to trial. This will include, but not be limited to:
• Advising clients and taking instructions
• CFA’s and ate insurance
• Analysing disclosures
• Preparation of witness statements
• Instructions to experts and counsel
• Assisting with the preparation of directions and costs budgets and other court documents

Requirements

• Proficient in computer skills with literacy in various software applications.
• Demonstrates proactive behaviour and takes initiative in tasks and responsibilities.
• Exhibits enthusiasm and passion for their role, contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a personable and professional demeanour in all work-related interactions.
