Tax Senior (Global Mobility)

We’re on the lookout for a Global Mobility Tax Senior to join our clients thriving finance sector team. With a diverse clientele spanning individuals and corporations, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless tax administration, efficient payroll processing, and robust compliance procedures. Reporting directly to the Senior/Tax Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • General tax administration, payroll and compliance.
  • Reporting to the Senior/Tax Manager
  • To include all duties of an Administrator and Tax Assistant
  • To prepare more complex Tax Returns and liaising with clients for data capture
  • Completing technical research work and planning emails to clients, with manager overview
  • Mentor advisor/graduate levels, assist with training where appropriate, review email drafts and basic returns and start to delegate work for initial review
  • Taking responsibility for client arrival and departure meetings including all client follow up.
  • Attending complex meetings with AM and above and completing any follow up with clients where applicable.
  • To become an alternative client contact to selected clients
  • Completing Social Security and payroll applications
  • Identifying planning opportunities and advisory work or assisting with this
  • Start to take phone and email enquiries and draft replies to bring onboard client
  • To assist with any other administrative and/or client work as and when required

This position is within an expanding company and busy environment. The job holder may be required to carry out any other duties within reason as requested by the Manager/Senior Management Team as and when required. May require occasional travel to the London office.
