We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s team as a Global
Mobility Tax Manager! You will contribute to their growth by partnering with
client leads to work on global mobility programs, including compliance and
consulting projects.

on tax consulting and compliance for corporate global mobility programs,
expatriates, foreign nationals, business travellers, and permanent transfers. Their

In association with their offices and partners worldwide and their participation
as EMEA regional head office of the Mobile Workforce Collaborative (MWC), they
are able to provide dedicated services to clients in over 100 additional countries.
Role
You will support a varied international client portfolio, including established
global programs for multinationals and helping smaller companies expand
internationally for the first time. You will advise on planning and compliance for
short- and long-term secondments, permanent transfers, tax-equalised
assignees, business travellers, remote workers, executive directors / VIPs and a
variety of private clients moving to or from the UK.
Working with their global tax and immigration partners, the role includes
managing a UK-based team to provide tailored and proactive solutions to their
clients and assisting with proposals, RFPs and new business development.
Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse international client portfolio, encompassing both
multinational corporations with established global programs and smaller
companies venturing into international expansion.
• Assisting with tax and social security planning, advisory and compliance
services for individuals moving to or from the UK.
• Assisting non-domiciled / and deemed domiciled clients residing in the UK
with planning and advisory solutions.
• Dealing with HMRC audits, investigations, and worldwide disclosures.
• Assisting with new client enquiries, proposals/RFPs, marketing, and
business development opportunities.
• Meetings with corporate and individual clients.
• Managing a team and undertaking reviews of tax compliance and advisory
projects.
• Liaising with our external service providers and our global partner
network.
• Attending conferences, marketing and training events and seeking new
business opportunities.
• Mentoring junior staff members and assisting with their training and
development.

Requirements
• Demonstrated Excellence: A proven track record at the Tax Senior,
Assistant Manager, or Manager level.
• Expertise in Global Mobility Tax: Experience and knowledge in Global
Mobility Tax, including a comprehensive understanding of international
tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong Leadership: Proven experience in effectively managing teams
guiding and motivating staff to achieve shared objectives while fostering a
collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills coupled with a
track record in client relationship management, enabling you to effectively
engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions
with professionalism and clarity.
